GNSH HOTEL ACCOMODATION:
For 2009, we are using the world famous Marriott as our main hotel. We have negotiated substantially reduced rates, when booked via JiveSwing.Com, as we plan to take over the entire hotel. Please tick the hotel option when booking.
Single applicants can book a Twin hotel room to share, as we would happily find someone of the same sex, to share with you.
The Marriott Cheshunt is about 10 - 15 minutes drive (5.4 miles) - See directions between hotel/venue below.
Please take a look at the >>regional map to get a better idea of the proximity between the hotels and the venue, if you intend to take advantage of our discounted rates with the hotel. Hotels will be allocated on a first come first served basis depending on spaces at time of booking.

Checking In and Out
For those that have booked accommodation, you can check in from
2:00pm on Friday 13th February.
There is a late 'check out' at the Marriott of 12.00 noon on Sunday 15th or Monday 16th. For those leaving on Sunday, the Marriott Hotel will arrange for your personal belongings to be stored if required or you can bring them along with you to the camp (see reception for details of store room)
Remember the event runs from Friday to Monday morning, so we recommend staying Sunday night, so you do not miss out on the Sunday night entertainment. Please mention this when booking..

Directions from the Marriott Hotel to the Venue (5.4 miles)

At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A1170 (signposted Hertford A10) . At New River Arms roundabout take the 2nd exit onto High Road Turnford - A1170 (signposted Broxbourne, Wormley
- Continue along the A1170 through Broxbourne high street and into Hoddesdon.
- When you see signs for Stansted Abbotts on the A1170, look out for the next roundabout

At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the Hertford Road - B1197 (signposted Hertford Heath)
- Turn right onto B1197 and continue until you see the school on your left. Turn left into Hailey lane for entrance to school.

JiveSwing.Com cannot take any responsibility for the standard or any problems relating to accomodation which has not been booked directly through us and would highly reccomend visiting your chosen accomodation beforehand.
