OVERSEAS DANCERS PAGE: 1.Staying on-site - (Shared accomodation for overseas dancers )
2.Free accommodation with local hosts (For overseas dancers only) ON-SITE ACCOMODATION - HAILEYBURY (OVERSEAS ONLY): Once again we are lucky that Haileybury have allowed us to have onsite accomodation, but for overseas dancers only (primarily from Eastern European countries) which is seconds away from the parties, workshops and eating areas, which means you can dance all night. The accomodation is very basic, but warm, sleeping small groups of around 15 people in a nice carpeted area. Each room has toilet(s), bath and showering facilities and the resturant is close by and available for home made breakfast which is included in the price.
The total cost of accomodation with full English breakfast, Friday evening to Monday morning is only £37.50. (That's only £12/night)

Haileybury Accomodation Facilities
Warm carpeted rooms next to workshop and dance areas.
Some rooms may have one or two sofas.
Each room sleeps approximately 15 people.
4 - 8 Toilets, 4 - 8 Showers and 2 Baths per room.
All sleeping areas are strictly non-smoking.
Breakfast between 8:00am - 9:30am.
Access to Haileybury swimming pool and sports facilities.
NB: Please note that this is floor space, so you will need to bring a sleeping bag, mat, sheets, teddie and other comfy stuff with you.
CHECKING IN AND OUT OF HAILEYBURY:
For those that have booked onsite accommodation, you can check in from 12:00 noon and relax in the overseas reception at Haileybury on the Friday. You will be allocated to your sleeping area around 6:30pm, after you have registered. There is late check out of 1:00pm on the Monday afternoon, so you can sleep.
HOST ACCOMODATION WITH LOCAL DANCERS:
If you are coming from abroad we can also provide limited FREE accommodation with a local host for the first 40 overseas dancers, to book before 30th October and request accommodation at the time of booking on the booking form. These spaces are reserved on a first come, first served basis and are reserved primarily for overseas student guests, from Eastern European countries, as they have spend lots of money travelling to the UK. Please note that those who book early, will have accommodation nearest to the venue.
You will be advised about where and who you are staying with by the end of January 2009. Accommodation is only guaranteed for the nights of GNSH (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) but some hosts may be able to offer accommodation for longer. You will need to liase with them directly. For overseas visitors that book on to GNSH after 30th November 08, requesting accomodation, we will try our best to find, but cannot guarantee it.
