There will be a Pre-booking Airport 'pick up' and 'drop off' service available, using luxury 18 - 52 seater coaches, with space for luggage, at a total fixed cost of £29.00 per person, return.

Please read this information BEFORE you book your flight and indicate that you require this service on your application form when you book, as spaces are limited. You will need to pay in advance.

• We will 'Pick up' from Luton and Stansted airports ONLY on Friday 10th February 2012 at 1:00pm.
  
• Alternative times: If there is a group of you coming, at a later time, please let us know ASAP, but before December and we will try to organise group transportation where possible.
  
• When booking, please register your flight details online and send it with your booking form ASAP as we may not be able to guarantee this service if you book late.
  
  
• Depending on your time of arrival you will be taken either directly to your accomodation, hosts' home or to the venue.
  
  
• The 'drop off' service will be on Monday 13th February 2012, leaving from outside the venue at 10/11.00am for either Stansted or Luton airport. We recommend booking an afternoon flight, if using 'drop off' service. Please allow lots of time between leaving and checking in. Also check flight board for changes on Sunday night and ensure that you are at GNSH reception in 'Big School' by 9:45am on Monday morning
  

CHANGES TO YOUR FLIGHT

If you change your flight details then you will need to resubmit a new flight form (excluding payment details) and email us.
If you wish to make your own way to the camp, view >>Traveling to / from Airports) and cancel your registration. You must contact us FIRST by email one week in advance to get a reimbursment.
