HOW DOES IT WORK?
Firstly, you need to register your interest to enter the competition on the form below. There will only be 8 contestants allowed to enter, so you would be advised to book ASAP.
Heats will take place on Friday, during the "Welcome Party". Performance time is 10 - 15 minutes each, with 3 minutes preparation time beforehand. The semi-finals and finals will take place immediately after the heats, after which point the winner will be announced. Please be at the venue, by 7:00pm the latest, otherwise your spaces will may be taken.

- DJ's should bring their own CDs. A dual CD player and headphones will be provided.
- If you wish, you may bring your own laptop or MP3 player, but it is your responsibility to ensure that it interfaces properly to the sound system. Please advise us of equipment you will bringing in the comments box below.
- CD's, MP3 Players or Laptops may be used during the competition. Sorry no Vinyl's

BE JUDGED BY THE PEOPLE THAT MATTER....THE DANCERS!
What makes this competition unique is that the dancers choose who they think should wear the crown of World DJ Champion, by voting with their hands, feet and anything that makes a noise. Remember that this is a "FUN" competition. There is no arbitrator, no bureaucracy, no long administrative process of adding up points and scores. Very simple.
