GNSH - Goodnight Sweetheart International Swing Dance Weekend

To book for GNSH, please complete the online booking form once, for each person, to pay by paypal, credit, debit card, bank transfer, cheques, depending on the options available. Alternatively, print off the booking form and send it by post with your cheque. As a final measure you can call us between 12:30pm - 6pm GMT to pay by Credit or Debit cards or bank transfer, if the option is available, but your application may take much longer to confirm, using this option.

No deposits will be accepted, unless we invite you to do so, during the event, to gaurantee a reduced price, subject to the balanced being recieved by the balance due date. All deposit payments are non-refundable and must be made before the end of the event. Payment must be made in full in order to confirm your hotel and event booking. Applications received after the early bird booking date, will be subject to a price increase, which may not include all meals. (Please see registration page for early bird prices and cut off dates.

Where a non-refundable deposit is ever accepted for the event, to gaurantee a reduced rate, this will not guarantee your booking until full payment is made, which should be received by JiveSwing.Com prior to the balance due date, otherwise your booking may be cancelled or subject to a price increase. All deposits are non-refundable should either party cancel the booking.

If you register for a stream or track, such as Authentic Jazz or Balboa and wish to transfer to another stream, you may be asked to find a partner of the opposite sex, to balance numbers. If you register for Authentic Jazz, you may still be required to find a partner, depending on when you apply in order to balance ratios in the evening.

When a partner is required, to balance ratios for the camp, this will be conveyed via email or on the website. Both partners should mention each others name in the comments box at the time of booking and complete payment within 72 hours of each other. Male lead and female follower dance partners, will take priority, when booking.

We will email a confirmation of your deposit sometime after recieving it. We shall also email confirmation of booking shortly after full payment has been recieved and processed. The confirmation of booking email, shall be proof that you have paid for a delayed service, which will arrive at the date of the event. Further information may be sent via email and/or post nearer the time of the event. It is up to you to ensure we have your current email and postal address, as soon as you are aware of any changes to your details.

UK based applicants can pay by cash, cheque, paypal, credit or debit card, depending on the optons available at the time of booking.

Overseas applicants can only pay by Paypal, credit card or debit card, prior to arriving at the camp. Please send confirmation of flight details to reserve your booking of transportation. All currencies when converted, should amount to the UK price(s) of GNSH.

Should you wish to cancel or change your flight pick up/drop off service, you should contact us at least one week in advance, otherwise it may not be possible to change or reimburse you.

Lunch and Dinner on all days during GNSH event are complimentary for fully paid GNSH weekend guests and has a redeemable value of 0.001p. Lunch and dinner on Monday is only included if Monday is paid for. Please select the appropriate option of food choice on your application form. Please note if you tick a vegan option you will be provided with a vegan dinner and lunch. (This applies to breakfast for those staying on site.)

There will be an additional automatic 4% (6% via phone) non refundable booking charge (labeled on our online payment as tax) for any online or card payments. (The bank charges us, so we have to charge you)

If requested, we may book the hotel on your behalf, enabling you to get a discounted rate. However, JiveSwing.Com takes no responsibility for the hotel as it is separate and does not form part of GNSH.

If you book for the long weekend, all workshops and parties are included from Thursday to Monday night. If you book the standard weekend, then all workshops and Parties are included from Friday to Sunday night. Entry to the Monday Party is only available to Long weekend guests. If seperate tickets become available, this may be priced at £25 - £30 per ticket per person.

Jiveswing.com reserves the right to make any necessary changes relating to the GNSH weekend, without prior notice. However we will endeavor to publish any changes to the weekend on this website.

Dancing can be very energetic. Please seek advise from your doctor if you are pregnant, suffering from any illness, have any existing injuries or are feeling unwell, prior to attending the event. Jiveswing.com, GNSH Ltd, Haileybury or any volunteers helping at GNSH, accept no liability for any loss or injury as a result of participating in this event.

GNSH Ltd reserve the rights, to any photographs or video footage, that are taken by or of you during the event, published on social media and may use such material for any publication, promotional & marketing purposes.

GNSH CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately. If you cancel 60 days or more before the event, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel 60 to 30 days before the event there will be a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellation within 30 days of the event. Any qualifying refunds, will be repaid, via the same method you have paid, if it is via the internet.A min of £25.00 admin fee per application may be charged for any cancellations or transfers.

TRANSFER OF TICKETS:

Should you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, please notify us immediately, as transfer of booking is only valid with prior written agreement from GNSH Ltd. All transfers should be to someone of the same sex and level.
NB: All transfers must be completed 14 days prior to the GNSH event. After this time, unfortunately transfers are not allowed, as we will most likely be onsite with less access to email or phone.
