CHRIS BARCLAY

For the time, making his debut as a teacher at GNSH is Chris, from Hertfordshire, UK.

As a space engineer by day, working on satellites, Chris has no 'space' for error. ..

He has good understanding of processes, with a passion for Lindy Hop, Authentic Jazz, but with good technique, so whilst teaching you know you'll learn things at the right time, in order to progress at the right pace and you're gonna learn it thoroughly.

In addition to being though the extensive JiveSwing.Com Teacher Training Course(s), she has learnt from the best international Swing Dance teachers at GNSH and other major international Swing Dance Camps in Europe.

He teaches weekly Lindy Hop classes and workshops in Hertfordshire , but has also taught and performed for organisors across the UK and Europe.

Chris also performed as part of Swing Attack, in the world famous Royal Albert Hall and London's most prestigous events in 'The Ideal Home Show and Canary Wharf. Following a National TV advert, for Dreamboats and Petticoats, he is featured on the front cover and was also a dancer in the latest 'Yolanda be cool' music video in 2010.

Regarding competition credits, Chris was a finalist in the Prague International Lindy Hop Competition 2009 and most recently competed in one of the worlds toughest competitions, the 'Hellzappopin Contest' 2009 held in New York.
