SKYE HUMPHRIES
Hailing from DC, USA and making his debut as another GNSH Virgin is Skye Humphries.
Skye, has been one of the most influential internationally renowned swing dancers, instructor and competitor, from the modern global swing dance scene.
Originally pressured into taking Lindy Hop classes by his mother at the young age of 12, it wasn't long before Skye discovered that social dancing was really the best thing in life.

Over the past 9 years he has performed, taught, and competed at competitions and swing dance events all over the world, gaining recognition as a talented and dedicated dancer, since he won the World Lindy Hop Championships in St. Petersburg, Russia in 2002.
He emphasizes fun, energetic social dancing with strong partner connection, solid technique, innovative moves, and musicality.
Skye was a founding member of the award winning Lindy Hop dance troupe Minnie's Moochers and later performed further award winning routines with the Silver Shadows.
Throughout GNSH, Skye will be working with Sylvia Sykes to bring another fresh partnership to the GNSH teaching line up.
